On round 4, it’s 3 inches for me instead of 5. Should i add more rounds of increasing half double crochets? lol I don’t know what to do!!!!

I would try crocheting with 2 strands of that yarn together (to create a thicker yarn) and see if it will get you to 5 inches.

I’m up to round 13 atm and I think it’s looking a little small,(I might just have a massive head) but I think it has something to do with the wool maybe as her wool looks thicker than the one Im using.
