Awesome video!! thanks so much!. I have a question: does the glue gun hold up well on the hair... I don't know if I trust hot glue can make the hair stay 😅 I'm making a doll for my niece (9 years) si I want the hair to be secure ob the head. I don't like sewing hahaha

Hot glue is totally fine for your niece i believe. And yes. I’m trying to record some videos how to join legs. Hopefully I can share it this week. Thank you ❤️

I don't trust hot glue as much either. What I do is glue all the hair and then sew just the very last part of each hair into the head. This way I don't have to sew all the hair, while having it secure enough. I hope I'm clear enough with the process 😅

@@lublau That's a great idea :) I tried the hot glue and it's holding up really well, it was a bit hard to handle the glue residue while working, it took some practice... I've seen some people using clear glue too, but I think it might take too long to dry...

You can pin them on somewhere or iron gently before you place on head

There are maaany ways to get your strands of hair straight. The quickest is to be sure you are making the chains a little bit more loose than usual (or use a bigger hook just for the chains). You can also pin your hair into a plain surface (I use a piece of cardboard) and block your hair straight. I usually block things only with water and leave them pinned until they are dry, but the internet might teach you other ways of blocking your work ☺️
