Oh i just found this , LOVE the sweater back, you make it look easy and the way you "carry" the yarn is so much easier than the way i have seen before. My daughter wants a Skull top and this might just be the perfect way to do this. I think $150 is a lil low priced for a 1 of a kind designer item. I would prolly double that price so your at least making min wage per hour.

I usually make my sleeves 60chains and then go in round until I reach the desired length and then I’ll do the ribbing which is 3 front post and 3 back post double crochet then I would decrease the back post to only 1 dc . I do have a cardigan tutorial it was one of my first video on KZbin and it breaks it down from day 1 making the back piece day two front and three is assembly and sleeves

So the skull is already pretty big so I would leave it as it is in the chart. But then just add the black yarn to the side of the skull . So put 20extra stitches on right side then do the skull chart and then add 20 extra stitches on the left side That how I would make it for larger sizes

The front panel is 98 rows and 34 chains Then on the 75th row I started decreasing every other row until the 98th. I honestly wished I did not decrease as it would look better in my opinion . But you can do either one 🤗 great question

I wanted to go larger than medium oversized. I increased starting chain to 85 (+10 from video) But my 85 chains is only 16" wide. That doesn't sound right? Anyone have a response?

Remember the yarn stretches so after you finish you can wet the project and block it Stretch it as big as you want. Also bigger the hook size bigger the project.

@@terihvidsten70 if you don’t like the size of 10chain increase by 6more , total 16 chains increase. so add extra 8chains at the begging and 8chains at ends and that will keep the image centered and gives you bigger size 🥰

So the way you’d do front is you subtract about 5-10ch for ribbinf then the rest divide by 2 for the front . So if you had 75 chain in the back minus 5 for room for rubbing so that’s 70 ch then devide by 2 which would be 35 ch each front piece

At 7:38 in the video I said I did 34 chain for each of the front piece So crochet 34 chains back and forth until you have the same length as the back and then attach the pieces to the back
