Someone commented about the stuffing possibly coming out soggy. What I found is to "stiffen up" the stuffing, remove the cover from the crockpot during the last 1/2 hour to 45 mins of cooking. 👍

I do it very similarly except to the stuffing/chicken broth/cream of chicken mixture I also add a 1/2 cup of sour cream. mmmmmm just adds to the creamy richness of the soup and chicken broth

Actually, it’s no more different than stuffing like with a turkey or anything. I didn’t notice it being particularly soggy.

We skipped seasoning the chicken? You allowed to do that? What about not adding any veggies to it? Onion...celery...peas, carrots, corn...peppers? I mean if you dont want veggies no need.... But still, your allowed to not season that chicken?

There is plenty of seasoning in the stuffing mix but by all means add to it. I was doing a simple recipe as a starting point since everyone adds their own touch.
