My favorite crockpot chili recipe just perfect for fall. This one just so happens to be keto friendly and super flavorful. Enjoy!
Crockpot Chili
Ingredients:
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 14.5 oz can fire roasted Rotel
1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
8 oz can tomato sauce
1 6 oz can tomato paste
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. cumin
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp kosher salt
2 heaping tsp minced garlic
1/4 cup pickled jalapenos, chopped
2.5-3 lbs ground beef, browned
Combine all ingredients in crockpot (using a crockpot liner if you want easy clean-up). Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve with your choice of toppings. I love shredded cheese, sour cream, avocado and cilantro. Also some great ideas to go alongside are tortilla chips or cornbread. Enjoy!
