Just say "I haven't passed yet." Don't take it as a failure but see it as a learning opportunity. There is a lot of power in "Yet"; you are telling yourself that you will get there and that your eyes and heart are still fixed on your goal.

Idk I feel fiber makes my UC worse causes me a lot of gas and pain. Also I take cod liver oil capsules and they seem to help a lot with inflammation. Every case is different though

IBD and IBS are two different conditions and important to distinguish. UC and Crohns do not fall under IBS as you have referred.
