Stifle can be used on the second ability of yorion so that no creature turns back to the battlefield, am I correct?

The phrase that contains one of those words lists the conditions (the trigger event or trigger state) where the ability will trigger. When it does, the ability goes on the stack (unless it's a mana ability), and responses can be played." "When Yorion enters the battlefield, exile any number of other nonland permanents you own and control. Return those cards to the battlefield ***at*** the beginning of the next end step." Stifle counters triggered abilities, so yes.
