I am sickened! When will this corruption end? Obviously, in Levy County, Florida, a civil protection order is just a piece of paper with no significance whatsoever. Jeremy is absolutely correct when he says the law is continually giving LIEnette and CRook more power each time they choose not to arrest them for violating the Ohio Civil Protection Order. I fear the only way to get past this incompetence is by moving up to the Federal Court System.

Since you have an ordered a protection against both of them why are there even guns on the property I have had orders of protection placed against people who tried to harm me and they had to surrender their weapons to the sheriff until the time that the order expired how do they get to keep weapons when they have orders of protection against them this makes no sense seeing how he was arrested for pulling a gun on someone and during the arrest and a fire arm was found shouldn't he also have charges because he should not have been able to have a firearm in his possession
