From a European's perspective the switching race argument is so hilarious. Because it's the white Americans who will proudly announce that they're 30% Italian and 10% Polish and 40% German 😂

He also could have pardoned every single Jan 6 attendee proactively before he left office, but didn’t. Have you ever stopped and asked yourself why he didn’t? Because it’s a useful carrot to dangle in front of people for his next run at the presidency that’s why. Please note that he DID pardon wealthy people connected to himself and Jared Kushner *in the last 2 days* he was in office. He’s fooling you into believing he’s a friend of the average person, when in reality he only cares about himself and his rich buddies. By the way, Biden DID honour the agreement and brought troops home, and took the political hits for the poorly planned withdrawal, which of course was the plan provided to him by the military. Also, Trump has openly pondered about starting a war with the drug cartels *in Mexico* without involving the Mexican government, which is effectively engaging in war against Mexico. I’m all for getting the drug cartels, but trying to do it unilaterally is 100% a violation of the sovereignty of Mexico and could be considered an act of war, and would absolutely result in a war on the southern U.S. border.

You know Apartheid mindset was based on Calvinist doctrine? Similarly Presbyterian doctrine. They preach predestination. Meaning Whites are superior & predestined for Heaven. Blacks are inferior, and no matter what they do, they're predestined for hell. I read Calvin's works and was shocked. Calvin's had to seek refuge in Switzerland because he was so extreme. Presbyterianism was founded by John Knox in Scotland & he appropriated Calvin's teachings. Both rationalized their dogma based on The Old Testament. Jesus of The New Testament didn't preach segregation. He was into peace & love; turning the other cheek; be a good Samaritan, and warned of false prophets who would come after him.

@jwvandegrondenАй бұрын
In and of itself it is a charming idea, but flawed and naive. But we need a way to overcome a prejudice we all have to someone who’s different from “us”. The more diverse a society the more of a non item it will become and at the same token affirmative action and overzealous aid towards newcomers also puts people who live at or below the minimum on the backfoot and creates a very explainable form of jealousy which then is marginalised as racism. So the left has a tendency to shoot itself in the foot that way.

He’s supported laws to discourage Isreal boycotts. The way he reacts to student protestors is much more similar to a right winger than anything. 100000% his strategy was to get Kamala’s name out of the headlines and his name/face in the headlines. Seeing the news cycle after his remarks, he succeeded. Keep in mind, his voters agree with him, they will never change their minds about him or be outraged by hush racist comments. I say let him dig his own hole with voters who are offended by him, and let’s get back to talking about Kamala’s surge 💙

Let's just focus on facts. Ignore all the emotional noise. #1 Trump is Anti-War, he is the first pres to NOT start a war. #2. Kamala has massive donations from war companies, she is Pro-War, she started 2 FOREVER WARS. #3. Kamala is for making female equality 100%. This means 50% women in all jobs including the ARMY. #4. Ukraine is running out of soldiers. #5. China declared they will take Taiwan already. #6. Kamala will DRAFT 50% U.S. females for war. So remember, when they force your daughters to fight in Ukraine/Taiwan you can remind them it was your vote for Kamala that sent them.

I'm really disappointed in how you guys covered worries about Shapiro. I didn't particularly appreciate how he compared students protesting the war on Gaza to the KKK. It is insane that we have someone in the democratic party, let alone a VP contender, attacking the right to protest and no one in the party is criticizing it. Are we also going to ignore 100,000 uncommitted votes in Michigan or are we to pretend it was just about Biden?

one of the positive side effects of getting rid of biden was to have a fresh start on the middle east issue. if they choose the governor of P., in a moment when we face the inevitable start of a major middle east war, they will open a wound within the DEM party, instead of having a completely united front against T.

Trump's point, and this is be generous here, is that Kamala is identifying as Black and Indian. But she is that! She's both. So why can't she identify as both and be proud of both? Like she can only choose to be one or the other?! Dude is crazy.

Donald was trying to put VP Harris in a box which he could label, package, and sell to GOP voters as "sh*t". That's how he's always handled tough political opponents, and more importantly, that's how conservative voters have been spoon-fed, by their betters, who to hate in the decades since the New Deal. "Oh, she's just a coastal elite." "Oh, she's just a liberal." "Oh, she's just a hypocritical bleeding heart." That's what the dog whistles have been about, except Donald doesn't deal with subtlety, he uses sledgehammers for everything.

Because white supremacists are a REAL PART of this country, and they always have been. When it's written "All men are created equal", black people aren't considered "men". That's what's behind the immigrant fear: they're not white. Also not men: women.
