Cropping a Volume [3D Slicer Workflow]

Hello is there anyway to calculate the volume of the crop volume?

Hi, to clarify, do you want to calculate the volume of the object in the cropped scan? If so you'd use Segment Editor to assign that material to a new Segment and then use Segment Statistics to get the volume of that object. Or are you looking for the size of the cropped volume itself? - Rose

i am curious to know how to do the same process on mesh files (stl files) not whole volume? Thanks

You can use cropped volume in segment editor
