Yea no one wants to admit that after the 6 th pump it gets harder I’m not afraid to admit it I own 2 of these guns, one with a steel breach and the other one un changed and with jsb 15.89 pellets they are are really accurate, the one with the 3x9x40 scope on it fills my limit of squirrel and rabbit every year I hunt with it so far

I found a better way to pump , I push the top of the riffle down onto the pump arm instead of pushing the arm toward the riffle , Im using the weight of the riffle itself to make the last few pumps a little easier, although I've found 4 pumps is fine for any indoor shooting . This gun is very accurate, I just put a 3d printed breech on , it was ugly when I got it strait out of the mail but I did a little light sanding and all the rub marks and scratches came right out , on my previous build with the brass I was getting a little puff of air in the face when I shot , which irritated me to no end , it was an incompatibility with an extended probe . Happy with it now but I intend to do a barrel polish on the bore , the only real difference between a Walther Lothar and a crosman barrel is the finish, there will be micro pours in the crosman riffleing but not in the Lothar barrel , I have some diamond paste Im going to polish with right now it's already dam accurate and easy to shoot . I've grown to love crosman products , rhe 362 is a very sweet powerful riffle the longer I have it The more I grow to appreciate it .

Just out of curiosity, why would you need a power controller on a multi-pump air rifle?

@@clydeosterhout1221 I have modded this riffle since this video, I never put a power adjuster on it but a multi pump can benefit from a power adjuster to get a few more FPS out of the system by increasing hammer spring tension . I prefer an uncluttered look on a riffle , I have since installed a ruger rear site , and a barrel shroud , which I believe really adds a lot of class to the overall package.

The breech that it comes with it is not steel it’s plastic the replacement one is steel and the breech is the same for the 2289,1322 they all come off the same

I have put a 3D print plastic breech on it it is not easy to tell its plastic it works very well and only cost 18 dollars, you should check out my channel if you havmt Already , I've built some of my own pcp guns from 2240 platforms . And I like to turn people on to the shear potential of airguns. Check out Cothran 457 airgun it's same platform and configuration just huge caliber and a big dump of air I think you can choose between 1 to 3 shots , people have hunted deer with them

@@jasonnealey8325 I will check into that I also have a air force Texan 357 and I might add it’s a air gun that’s impressed me when I shot my steel targets that I have at my range that the wife and I built a few years back, it’s amazing how powerful it is just for being a big bore air rifle and it makes a good amount of noise when the trigger is pulled

None of the crosman pumpers require removing the stock 🤣

The reason I spoke about removing the stock is to put a 2240 trigger group on it then add an adjustable but stock on it , this would be a unique build .

I was thinking of putting an adjustable stock from Buckrail-line on it , none of this will happen till next year .
