Crosman 3622 PCP Air Rifle Review: Best Entry-Level Option for Beginners!

This is the perfect starter PCP for a kid. Frankly however it was an absolute blast for us adults to shoot. It is the right combination of power and performance with ease of use. What’s not to like about a gun that can be used in the garden for fun, but can still take out that occasional pest. I have used many brake barrel rifles, but could never find one that can touch this for accuracy, especially in the hands of a 10-year-old you are teaching.

I bought one even though I was skeptical of the whole concept of a $150 PCP with no pressure gauge, but I was pleasantly surprised! You're right about the trigger It' breaks nice and clean. I opted for a steel breech and NPA Rear Sight upgrade. I might buy another one! Great Video!!!!

I've had mine for a few weeks now. I can't tell you how impressed I am with it. Like you said, $150 you can't beat it. I've planned a few more upgrades to it. Already did the steel breach, next is the trigger. Puts pellets on top of pellets when you find the right one.

Ready for part two! I have a home built 2250 with Williams front and rear open sights. It is fun. 11 ft/lbs and light as can be with no pumping. BuckRail silencer on front with 18" barrel. I may get this one as a companion rifle.

Nice shooting Rick and Jerry. I'm glad Crosman made this affordable PCP. Please produce an ultra version with better sights, fill gauge, and steel breech for those who want or need a scope. Crosman should make these "Lego style" air rifles with the Discovery steel breech style, breech screw position at back of loading port under probe. I'm tired of inconsistent accuracy fron damaging soft lead pellets while loading.in all these rifles in the steel breech versions of the 1322, 362, Drifter, 2240 and all the previous models.

*Definitely not a bad option for the price!* _but not having a gauge and ability to use a scope without making it not so budget makes me prefer the 362 simply because I know how much air there is in it if I just pumped it!_

I have always avoided PCP's because of the high price and inconvenience of PCP rifle. Loading the rifle with a hand pump is difficult and takes time, the second factor is that you don't have many shots before you have to reload the tank! I have more power with my Gamo and don't need a tank to reload. I'm still not sure about PCP

This is intended for the American market. With us as you know you are better off with the more powerful Diana Stormrider, even with the cheaper Gamo Arrow. But I understand their love for this brand. I would be too if our FN produced air rifles and not weapons of war as in the past and still does.
