@@Tadders thanks for the feedback, much appreciated! These guys are definitely not "just a toy", getting the airgun to mimick the real manual of arms while running on co2 must have been no easy feat. Practically all the functions are there and all drills can be reproduced except dropping the mag on the ground for a speed reload xD It should basically be considered to be a real AR in terms of learning how to operate it and then training to get familiar with it hehe.

@Tadders yeah, very true, the magazine definitely adds an extra level of moving parts and problems that cant be solved by just ejecting the cartridge

Mate, I bought a rotary tool from amazon for 30 bucks and bought a set of burrs for 10. Grinded down the metal bars. Sanded it and then polished it all with the same tool. Although, you're right, it isnt an easy job. I did the mod then realised my mil spec stock doesnt quite fit lol. Had to grind, sand and polish all over again haha. Im going to spray it tomorrow and hopefully i should be done with it. Its really annoying that they chose not to give it the same buffer tube as the R1. The black R1 was never released in the UK so this literally was my only option. Im glad i did it though. I hated the stock it came with

Nice! Yeah that's why I mention to pick your stock first, so you can get that perfect fit. Love hearing successful mod stories xD don't stop plinking hehe

Yo whats up I'm chasing a Rumor about Crosman it came from the other side of the Pond or Ocean they say that Either a Pellet Magazine or a Pellet shooting Version of the DPMS. is in the works Have you Heard anything about??? Let me know.

Hmm, interesting. Must admit I haven't heard that one myself or seen it in the forums. I dont think it's impossible but it would be an entirely new rifle model seeing as pellets dont fit into the existing dpms/r1/A4-P barrel and the magazine is designed to run spherical steel bbs specifically. Not to mention we would probably lose a few replica functions like lockback on last shot. Soo not impossible but it wouldn't be a dpms or be compatible with existing models.

@@RWMAirgunsmithing I think Crosman and SIG. have been in Contact with each Other? Maybe working out a Deal Damm to even think aboukt a full Auto Pellet Shooter or even a Just a Semi Auto Ver. it would be a be Awsome. not to mention pretty hard Hiting.

@@joseglenn20 yeah, I'm always tempted by the sig mcx models to get pellet performance in a replica but I figure I could go "real" HPA if I really wanted something with repeatable performance and the loss of the few replica functions and molded plastic levers and switched kinda bums me out hehe.

The stock on the dpms model is a crosman molded piece of plastic. I'm afraid crosman does not sell replacement parts.

Will not be possible seeing as the buffer tube is required for the airgun to function.

@@mr.bigcommonsense3089 hmm true, i guess i cant say it is impossible but it would be one crazy tinkering job. Would have to modify the buffer tube, lower receiver and fcg if you can find an adapter with the proper sizes.

It doesn't really with regards to the BB, it would only help with the shoulder anchor point and cheek weld. Many would prefer having a more traditional stock(aesthetics) and taller shooters might have the "cheek biter" section right in their face. Thanks for watching!

Thanks for feedback, I am totally aware my production value is low. I know what I want to say but don't really have the time or the GPU to script, make brolls and edit... i focus more on not being wrong. I really dont mind if you pause, skip or playback at x2 speed.
