Hi. I live in Parton. It's a glorious road , better in sun on my r110rs. Thanks for the film.

That's a great road on a nice sunny day. Sat was good here too but today has been foggy all day.

I was quite lucky in my old job, my area was the whole of Scotland, so someone was paying me to explore Scotland and find places to go for a holiday... That's how I discovered surfing in Banf and it's also how I discovered a lot of the roads you ride on (including the rout in this video). Best bit about the job was definitely someone else paying for my fuel, while I explored the B roads and avoided motorways and dual carriageways.

Hi Mr T, lovely ride. I missed the earlier video with the keyfobs as I was away visiting my brother and his wife in Ayr (of all places). Later last week I was riding for a couple of days in North Northumberland and the Borders (Kelso, Kielder and the Northern Dales) with similarly brilliant roads...it looks like you had the same weather.

Hi Thanks for coming along and commenting. Sounds like you're disappointed that you missed out on a keyring 😂. I did plan to give away 10 originally and only ended up giving away 6 so drop me an email if you want one and I'll see what I can do.

It’s a great road, before Dalmellington there is a turning for Loch Doon Castle it’s a single track cafe on the way, car park at the castle, castle is surrounded by fence at the moment due to it being a bit crumbly. It’s quite popular and if you feel adventurous the road ends further on from the castle and becomes a forest trail you can ride into the Galloway forest.

Absolutely but you and I both know it's going to be full of campervans and it would just annoy me if I went up there.
