Cross database Query in Azure SQL Database

Clean up the resources in order:
DROP EXTERNAL TABLE [dbo].[Tablename]
DROP EXTERNAL DATA SOURCE [Databasename]
DROP DATABASE SCOPED CREDENTIAL CREDENTIAlname
DROP MASTER KEY

IMO It will be easier to switch over to oracle and use db links than wasting time setting up external tables and getting super slow performance

i am not sure about dblinks.however external queries are not slow

this is a great video. what about when you have two servers and want to query across these databases in different server?

Suppose Origina Azure SQL Single DB and Remote is Azure SQL VM DB. Can we use this Elastic queries? However we can create linked sever from Azure SQL VM to Azure SQL Single db. Please suggest.

Yes.U can create Linked server from Azure VM SQL Server to Azure sql single DB.
