All huat. Can get a bto flats is already a blessing.its a matter of choice. New flat more upside. But far away from your family. Resale flat is for those that don't mind the cost but prefer to stay near family esp for child support.

U can do 3 things. 1. Upskilling so u can get higher paying job. 2. Find a side hustle/ side income. 3. Q up at Singapore pool. The last will be my last option.
