Hi Dagz, Your boundaries won't widen if you don't push them a little. Support helps so much. If there is someone to go out with it makes a big difference. My 1st birthday is coming up 10/24. I kinda cheat though. I have been in recovery for 14 years. One of the things I say is, "what other people think of me is none of my business." Regardless of what kind of looks you get. Keep smiling.

@@janmichelle5459 I was in recovery from 1986 until 2000. I went to my 10th regional convention banquet in a beautiful mint dress. I probably knew 100 people and no one said anything to me. 😢 I told people in my home group that I was going to dress up for my 10 anniversary in 1997. Like a bunny, someone asks? Just be you. I was worried about people thought and then I wasn't. I was in a relationship with a transgender woman and we connected, but it failed. 😡😢

Hi Heidi, It's funny when I started going out in femme mode, so many years ago, I dressed in a lot of heels. Now I rarely wear heels, it's about comfort and blending in. I still love my legs in heels, but sandels love my feet. Are you buying more stuff girl, at what point does a house just become a big walk in closet, LOL. Peace Sheila.

I am right there with you. I love 4" and 5" heels. But they make me 6'8". Not realistic at all, but still fun👍 I find that I am moving toward fitting in too. I only have one pair os sandals, and wear them very often. I'm always looking for more. A few weeks ago, my wife bought me some white tennis shoes.

Same here Sheila. I try to find opportunities to wear heels but to do every-day activities it's best to wear every-day clothes. Just maybe on the dressier side of every-day.

I've actually done that too. I was looking for a pair of pointy toe pumps and really not sure of a fit before trying them on. I wore pantyhose under my jeans for my shoe shopping. I was in guy mode except for a pair of earrings. I found a pair of 3 inch black patent heels and sat down to try them on. The store was not very crowded, maybe six others shopping and no one seem to be paying any attention to me. I slipped the heels on my nylon and painted toes feet. The heels felt fine as I took a walk down the aisle. They looked great with my jeans too. I had chosen the right size and proceeded to the cashier to check out. The store's associate asked if I found what I was shopping for and if I needed any additional help. She also said those heels are very popular and looked quite nice on me (apparently she did notice me). Her comment made me feel really good and confident. I replied with a thank you very much and a smile. After checking out, I decided to put my new heels back on and wear them out of the store for my drive home. That was an experience that I'll never forget, and Heidi you are actually right saying "there are no angry mobs with pitchforks..." Jump in with both feet ! Just be a bit more careful when jumping in heels !

Not really. Most of the inexpensive shoes are made cheaply. Men’s shoes are made to last.

I love shoe shopping !!! The shoes in your video are very nice looking. I am a guy who does not crossdress, but I have been wearing gals shoes (flats and heels, mostly sandals) since I was a teen. In public even. I also wear gals pants, they just fit better and are more comfy, OK maybe that makes me a "partial" crossdresser? ha ha... Back to the shoes, I wear heels and flats as a guy without any problems, and sometimes I even get a compliment! Gals shoes are just so much more stylish and classy than boring guys shoes. And I like your shoe choices in your past videos, shoes are fun!! As one of my wife's friends says, "New shoes cure the blues," and she is correct in many ways. Take care... Love your sandals...

I am lucky. At 9.5 my shoe size is small enough to be a normal women's size but uncommon enough that there are usually plenty on the clearance rack.
