This is the devil's party Now I can see my body fade to gray I can't even tell you if it's night or day When I feel my senses take over they crawl through my body A heavenly hell I'll stay And I'm going down down down But never hit the ground ground ground Tell me everything is fine Tell me everything is wrong Can you hear me out (here me out) Can you hear me out I'm drowning alone Wake me from the dream that I had today Yeah just like sleeping in reality I can see that you tried to fix me but I keep refusing A shadow standing over me And I'm going down down down But never hit the ground ground ground Tell me everything is fine Tell me everything is wrong Can you hear me out (here me out) Can you hear me out I'm drowning alone Yeah I am drowning alone Underwater can't keep running away from the pressure Suffocate everything Pull me out from the despair now Tell me everything is fine Tell me everything is wrong Tell me everything is fine Tell me everything is wrong Can you hear me out (here me out) Can you hear me out I'm drowning alone (and I'm going down down down) Can you hear me out (here me 0ut) Can you hear me out This is the devil's party

Not gonna lie, I was sceptical about Crossfaith's new direction but this song won me over! It's catchy as hell, especially the chorus! And that breakdown was simply amazing!

what's different? I don't listen to them that much but they always had electronics and always been fairly heavy. only thing I noticed is they have been more agressive and seem to use less synth and leave it for certain sections of pure synth.
@TDDPhoto8 жыл бұрын
madmike1 Crossfaith never used so much cleans, usually their older songs were 99.5% screams but with the release of Xeno they incorporated many cleans that's what I'm referring to.
I can't believe he had this amazing clean vocals. The evolution of this band is outstanding, even if they have a softer sound I think it's iincredible.
I'm not saying this because they are Japanese but I think this would be a pretty dope anime intro

Justin Merrill Dude, dude, calm down. I just said this for fun, since I'm way too pumped for this album. :'D I've heard a lot of different music for my little lifespan, but I still don't think that I could be able to call out the album of the year. It was just 'cause of fanboy reasons. And I would also totally respect if Iron Maiden's album would be album of the year. So don't misunderstand my little KZbin comment, please. And I'm gonna be the last one judging someone for his taste of music. So don't worry. Have a nice day o/

I like the rawness and roughness I often hear in japanese music in general. When I listen to american band they're cool but I felt like they held back something. Or maybe I just haven't get to the good stuff yet? I used to listen to american bands before converting to japanese music, specially the rock and its subgenre ones. Fell in love with Ling Tosite Sugire for the guitar riffs and Crossfaith can be so catchy and rocking at the same time. I'm just wondering why I can't get into american bands lately.

You want bands with raw emotions? Try: For rock: (Mr MTV) Nothing More - pure talented guys with 100% effort (Supporting Caste) Propagandhi - Canadian though, but the sound, the LYRICS are out of your ordinary standards (Mz Hyde) Halestorm - just look at their live performances, they are fuck*ng beasts (Carnival Of Rust) Poets Of The Fall - they named themself "Poets" for a reason For metal: (The Blue An The Gray) Parkway drive - The emotion contained there is heart-breaking (Dez Moines) The Devil Wears Prada - they have been screaming for 10 fk years

I'm really liking the direction of the new album, i loved Apocalyze but something seemed a little lacking in some of the songs but i couldn't tell what. The 3 singles you guys have already released from Xeno more than make up for it, the clean vocals are brilliant (which is weird, i'm not normally a fan of clean vocals on hardcore tracks!)

The song is really good, yet I still think it's lacking something, that little something that made the ancient tracks so... alive i guess ? I don't have that pump up feeling of Monolith, Jagerbomb, Photosphere or else, that apart the new album is definitely worth a buy :D

I feel exactly the same way. But I'm not sold on this song. The rest of the songs sound good though.

Martin Luther Ping I thought Xeno the song itself was pretty awesome and i got that pump that i usually would get forom Monolith and Jagerbomb, absolutely loving the new album, I was worried after hearing madness, it was an okay song but i thought they were gonna lose their more rocky scene and heavy scene and instead go in the direction bring me the horizon are currently going but thankfully they aren't and these songs are great!
