It's been playing Armored Core for almost 2 decades. This was a dream come true for me. And Keanu Reeves playing the pilot is amazing. The ending is messed up, but that's Armored Core for you. No good guys or bad guys. Just mercs in meches.

Yeah, the last one was mostly of based off Armored Core 6 which actually is the 16th entry in the series, I think. They did a good job with the feel of Armored Core's story telling. Kind of all ambiguous, morally grey plotlines where you can draw multiple conclusions from them. Also, in 6 you do get a voice in your head, but this doesn't seem to be anything like that plot line.
