But you can't lie to me, after 2:54, and especially after 3:05, the song takes into a whole new level of intensity. After that the song goes INSANELY HARD. (And this is why the whole song is a masterpiece. It makes it feel fun and interesting, then it becomes serious, then it feels like if it were a life or death situation, then the final part is outright impossible to describe. And each part making flawlessly its respective job.) And my honest opinion, is that after 5:24, it really solidified and burned into my mind the fact that this song is probably the greatest Touhou music arrangement TO EVER BE MADE. It really captured what Touhou is. A really beautiful series, while being EXTREMELLY CHAOTIC.

When i first heard it on the teaser i was amazed by it and was even more astonished by this track in the final release of the video from MinusT’s Eternal Night Part 1! Indisputibly one of the greatest doujin arrangements of ZUN's work that will ever exist. I still can't listen to this without being overwhelmed by strong emotions, yet it's also a banger that would probably fully send me in a club environment. This is a rare, rare piece of music.

This my friend is a complete love letter to ZUN, and undoubtedly the greatest Touhou doujin work ever made (as a whole). And a complete manifest that Touhou Project is the franchise with the greatest quality regarding fanarts, PERIOD. Seriously, i think it is outright impossible to mention any other franchise with this *_CONSTANT_* level of artistic caliber (in both quantity and quality) made by "mere" fans in literally all media possible. (And no, Undertale does not count. In the root, it is a Touhou fan work.)

Yes it does. It is playing the melody of Marisa's theme at Reimu's theme pace and rhythm. It's like Marisa theme singing Reimu's theme. Also Marisa theme is much stronger so it is much more noticeable. But both are fairly well combined.
