Crossfire pro with Cut 60 no voltage in THC

BTW, the PrimeWeld CUT 60, Is on the list of compatible cuters now, it says 2021 and newer

Great vid. Would like to know how is it currently working and have you had any equipment failure? I ask because I have the exact cut 60 you show setup and considered the crossfire pro. I spoke to langmuire tech support today for a few questions before purchase and wqs told the cut 60 isnot compatible. They currently don't k ow why but they said it is one of 5 known problem cutters that literally fry the electronics in the side mounted module. (I forget what that is called) I asked about decoupling it from the station torch type and proximity of the plasma cutter tonthe system as variables and he stated they tried all that. This sank my heart I was all set on this table but being told about the plasma cutter I own would damage the cnc setup and not be covered that is a shiw stopper for me. Since they have created a plasma cutter compatability chart which has no primeweld on it.

you are correct about the cut 60 not being on the approved list of cutters. However If i switch my PC to my higher end one for gaming all of the functions work perfectly. The current issue I have is THC will not function correctly. Ive narrowed it down to being a communication issue between the older PC and the usb not reading live voltage. I'll try to make another video of my known to work setup. It may be a little bit, but if you have anymore questions I would be glad to try and help. As of right now the Prime weld works great with the table as long as the THC is disabled. Its kind of a bummer tho because the cut quality is not as good without THC activated. It creates more of a bevel on the edge of the cut pieces.

Hi, having the same issue, can't figure out yet, I have turned off the option of the THC, and that's how I've been able to work by adjusting manually, but thats just a pain in the ass, today just before leaving the shop I made it work after turning off the settings button on the left hand side if the screen next to THC CONTROL>SETTINGS, it started working, still have to test it with some uneven metal to see if THC, really is working

Hi, I just tried what I said on my coment, bent a piece of sheet metal to test the THC, and it worked, IDK why it stopped working in the first place, but it works now with the settings turned off
