Can they learn before 4 months?

I'd suspect it's not necessary at or before that age, because they cannot crawl or explore near pools or dangerous water situations on their own. When babies start crawling and walking is when they need these safety measures!

developmentally and physically they are incapable of learning this at 4 months old. once the child starts rolling around or sitting up and crawling this means this could be benificial
