CrossFit - Meet Lindsey Smith

Lindsey Smith is a CrossFit Level 1 Seminar Staff member, P.E.-department chair and athletic director at the Columbus School for Girls in Ohio, a wife, mom to a 4-year-old, and a CrossFit Games competitor.
"I honesty just wake up every day and I'm like, 'OK, here we go: let's see what we got,'" she says of her busy schedule. "One day, one minute, one hour at a time."
Smith adds that she wouldn't have it any other way.
"I love every component of my life too much to let any aspect of it go," she explains.
Sometimes she trains before heading to work, other times she works out at 10 o'clock at night.
"I just want to be better," explains 30-year-old Smith, who finished 21st at this year's Games. "And I want to continue to be a part of it. I will fight my bloody heart out to be there again."

Man, every crossfit video I see they are cooking bacon. Im going with that diet, bacon and sweet potatoes equals muscle. Thanx Crossfitters you guys are true inspiration.

Very well put together video Linz! Excellent editing. I'll be doing mine over here in Aus. (The Land of Bushfires and Beaches) this year for the demographic I want to help but yours has given me SO many ideas. Look forward to you seeing it sometime. I hope I am just as inspirational as you have been. Albert Einstein said "Life is not worth living unless you are living it for someone else" That's why you will be continue to be successful (I think) Good luck and hopefully many laughs and smiles for 2020.
