For the weights, the plates have the same colours (green 10kg, yellow 15kg, blue 20kg, red 25kg) in imperial and metric, and are essentially the same weight, so it should be quite easy to convert. 1 mile = 1.6km.

Castro, next year you should make an endurance event inspired by the "fastest known time" (FKT) hiking niche. That is an example of fitness. 4-8 hour race on the PCT as far as you can get! Supplied rucksack and other necessary items. They choose their food and water.
