That moment at 5:45 and 6:38 shows how much of a great sportsperson and a human being Katrín Tanja is. What a great ambassador for the sport of CrossFit. It's been great to see Tia's evolution since the first win and how she has stepped up not just as an athlete but also an inspiring figure in CrossFit. Champions of the sport 🙌🏼

Wow! That moment you realise that after all that hard work, diet, and grit, your opponent just had a better pharmacist! Your 1000mg/wk testosterone, trenbolone, and 100mg/day oral dianabol was just not enough!! Now you can't have children, your bone structure and female parts have changed beyond recognition, and you still didn't win at walking with weights. Totes worth it!

This is what I loved about CrossFit. Every competition. Every team WOD made you feel like you were in an arena like this. Even on my first day ever in a small gym team day, there were people screaming my name and cheering me on to finish. It’s honestly one of the greatest communities to be a part of.
