Some of the quality of the camera work is staggering...together with the 'story' makes for superb watching. Time to retire Attenborough...there's a new 'kid' in town.

I'm born on the wrong continent, in a country wheres no nature at all and where you can't see the stars at night, cause every 30 meters theres a street light that stays on for all night. I live in a country where you cant drive offroad at all cause there are houses and buildings all over the place, wheres no way to escape from the daily pressure. Even at night you can't cross the street without looking twice or you got hit by a car. And then i see this videos.... GOD i love those vids and story's ! Every time i'm dreaming away, wish i could live like that. Thank you Andrew, keep living the dream !

I watch a lot of channels on KZbin and have even given up TV for many years now. One of the joys of this channel is your ability to convey a story though film. You have very interesting stories to tell and commentary that is relevant, and actually funny. But the film, the pictures and the drone flights really capture my imagination, so thank you. My Patreon dollars are well spent.

Another great video. These have inspired me to slowly do my own mods to my truck. I am going to do a few at a time, until I work out what I need/want and what I don't. I was going to get a swag but after looking at yours I am thinking sleeping in the back is the go for overland/overnight trips.

Funny how some can do this easy and others wouldn't dream about it... I drove road trains Sydney - Perth for two years (Dubbo to Northam in 48 hours at times), last motorcycle trip was 7,330klm Sydney, Port Augusta, Uluru, Mt Isa and back to Dubbo then Sydney and alone in 10 days, I couldn't do it any other way.. Have yet to 4wd it which will entail places I wouldn't dare try on a motorcycle and didn't have time for in the truck... the plans are in motion which is why I'm watching from another's perspective: so much more to learn and see and I'm only 63 (omg that rhymes) Awesome video's each and every one you're in and love the music. That place where the Nullarbor touches the ocean is one of the few places I (apparently illegally) pulled up one night in the road train, you can feel the life in the earth, it really is magical.

With your section informing us to always check wheel nut tension you can simply buy wheel nut indicators, bright yellow with a point location point on them,so if they loosen off the indicator will now be off its reference mark letting you know if a wheel nut is coming loose, these are used on trucks, heavy duty vehicles, just push over your wheel nuts and cheap to buy, anyway thanks for sharing this video, regards Roy

I am going on my first campervan trip this Christmas with my wife from Sydney to Melbourne. Your video give valuable information about camping site and we were worried if we won't be able to pull over along the side for camping. We want to camp next to the beach along the Great Ocean Drive and hopefully they have free camping sites. Looking forward to watch your videos and hopefully I can travel around Australia in a 4WD like yours in future :)

I realize I've arrived rather late, but hope you'll see this. Mr White, I am so glad to hear that I am not the only one afflicted with the duplicity of being lonely, but also careful to avoid people. I too, enjoy solitude during the day, but have pangs of loneliness at night, but still pointedly avoid people. I often wonder if this is a condition long associated with being a vagabond, or wayfarer, or if it is something unique unto myself. Thank you for sharing your adventures, I enjoy your videos immensely.

I think in the first 30 seconds of this video you encapsulated everything I feel about getting out into the bush. Things only got better from there... Wow I am going to love watching this series. The only part of what you do I don't envy would be the time tables you have to meet. In the past I have been lucky enough to travel without and great time limits. I hope you also have the chance to do that because that is real freedom.

G'day, Yay Team ! My daughter was camped at Uluru last week, she's in a 1999 Rav-4, performing a solo Circumnavigation, with a Tent....; currently she's covered about 12,000 Km since March, when she left Glen Innes in NSW. Last month she lost her Oil-Filler Cap somewhere on the Gibb River Road, returning from Windjana Gorge - and when she realised it, on a Sunday, she fabricated a hand-sculpted jury-rig replacement ; and then went on with that from the Quarry on Highway # 1 a hundred klicks down the Tanami Track, to Wolfe Creek & back, then on to Hall's Creek during the week when Repco were open...., to aquire a legitimate replacement part. Strange to tell, she has never ever yet changed a Wheel, claiming that she has the Jack & the Spare & the Tools & she'll figure it out from the Owner's Manual ; if ever she really has to do it (!). She's 27, and didn't get her L's, till she was 25. Just in case you ever felt the need of a touchstone ; as to how wise & experienced one actually needs to be, in order to survive the wilds of the interior Roads of Oz...! Why don't you fit your Vehicle with a SunFoil ? (Title-Search YT for , "The SunFoil Project..." and check out theg resulting Playlist, to learn more). Have a good one, ;-p Ciao !
