I don't know why Bhutan charges soo high. I went to Bhutan from Guwahati & came to know that there was a flower festival going on then & I was surprised to know that locals are free to enter but for foreigners ticket price per person was 2500 rupees. They are robbing. Except crude oil, every thing too costly.

Could you please comment on the Road conditions from Phuentsholing to Thimphu ?
