Sometimes when there are very long queues...as you saw with the trucks line-up, agents help expedite the process, and air out processes one is unfamiliar with to hasten the process.

Malaba is a potential and strategically suitable for a city but the reality is that both the Ugandan and Kenyan governments are blind! 😂

That is true, the Kenyan side looks worse and disorganized than the Ugandan side. The Busia border is in a worse state than this Malaba
