The tour of the Aiguilles Rouges.
The 2nd day
We camped on the south balcony of Planpraz. As the Col du Brévent was impassable on foot due to the snow, we were forced to take the cable car to reach the summit of Brévent, located at an altitude of 2525 meters. Unfortunately, the cable car broke down. Nevertheless, we managed to reach the summit of Brévent, marking the start of our third day of mountain excursions. At the Col du Brévent (2368m), we took the path on the left, the GR 5, towards the Refuge du col d’Anterne. The descent was long, and we finally reached the Arlevé bridge (1597m), which crosses the Diosaz.

Tout à fait, ce n'était pas seulement le col du Brévent, mais tous les cols étaient dans la même situation, avec beaucoup de neige encore en début juillet.
