I had a large collection of books and seeing yours brings back memories. My ex-wife threw out my mountaineering books; signed by Bonnington, Messner, Hillary, and many more. An "accident." 😢😢😢

Congratulations, you guys. You both are inspiring to us 'older' climbers.

Great point! Somehow living starts for some, where it starts to be difficult to sustain. There is some deeply human in that...

While climbing itself wasn't technically very difficult, their overall style is brilliant! And quite some words of wisdom in this presentation. I love it. Cheers

The wall is most likely harder than the Eiger north face, which is considered one of the hardest north faces of the world. And then it is a first accent in a completly untouched area. So I would say it is also quite difficult

Couple questions. Did they actually reach the top? It doesnt seem so. Also this peak is supossed to be over 7100m, 7056 would be the height of the near by Qungmoganze Am I right? Or is it the Nyanchentanglyah II or III and thats why it doesnt reach 7100. This range is beautiful, The Kajaquiao is one of the most beautiful peaks anywhere, Qungmoganze is a beauty too. Nyanchentanglyah main is kind of ugly but the face they scaled is quite nice.

Of course ….. we are better than everyone else and we conquered the World. Our tiny island had the largest empire the world has ever known. We began the industrial revolution and invented pretty much everything in the modern World. What makes us humble is we don't like to talk about it.@@bkt7815
