I am very curious to know your thoughts about cost of living between San Cris and Lake Atitlan. Both are on our list of possible retirement cities and we hope to spend time in both eventually.

Since I am doing volunteering, I can't talk about renting prices, although I have heard here in Lake Atitlan prices are higher. For the rest, I am spending pretty much the same: groceries, coffees and eating out sometimes. I might make a video soon comparing the both, I am sure you will enjoy the both 😊🙏

@@TaoAlejandro We would love that. San Cris is our first stop in retirement and we hope to be there for maybe 2-3 years until our senior dogs pass away. But, after that we hope to start heading south and the first 3 stops will be Antigua, Lake Atitlan, and Xela.

Did you have to show documents at the border or no? If u did what requirments did they ask for?

Hello! Thank you so much for your comment. They asked me for PCR test and my passport, that's it, it was super smooth and people really nice at the border. I wish nice travels mate!
