From Niagara Falls USA, and when growing up we didn't need a Passport (required after 9-11) and there were two popular swimming areas on the Canadian side, one not far from this bridge, a natural area called Dufferin Islands (still there but swimming not allowed). Downriver there is another bridge and a short walk from it there was another swimming area called Cyanamid Pool (no longer there). Back then many Border Agents on both sides were actually familiar with us and just asked if we were bringing anything in.

Same here. We went to Niagara Falls almost every weekend in the summer when I was a kid. We used to walk over to the US side from Canada.(My dad was Canadian) and because we had dual citizenship the border agents back then were on first name basis with most of us kids.

Just came back from Niagara Falls Canada. I saw the rainbow 🌈 Bridge but didn't get the chance to walk thru. I will on my next trip.❤. My favorite view was from Table Rock center.

I only walked between Canada and the US across the Rainbow Bridge, which is about half a kilometer. While my next video won't feature ziplining, I will definitely consider making a video of Niagara Falls' zipline attraction in the future.
