What material and size have you used on the frame bud?

Hi. Used seamless steel tubes Ø38x2 for main frame Ø33.7x2 for re-inforcement crosses and the "in between" tubes. A-arms are Ø28 . Construction should be strong enough to hold 600 to 1000 cc motorcycle engines. Hope it helps. Thx.

Hi Bob, Main tubes for the chassis are 40x2 tube. The in between bars are 33mm and the suspension A-arms are 28 mm (I believe it is 20 NB). Hope it helps. Regards!

Hi, I too am building a crosskart with a 2015 Honda cbr650f engine. Did you have any problem getting the engine to start with the aftermarket wiring harness and ecu?

Hi, I used the Original wiring harness as much as was possible. Only adjusted the wiring which goes to the dashboard. Do you have the Original key with your ECU? Honda has its H.I.S.S which prevents the engine from starting when the Original key is not used. Good luck! Regards.
