I can't seem to get my feet planted in the right direction. The last time I tried I fell flat on my back because I lost my balance, which happens when I try to cross my foot over the other. How long did you have to practice before you build up muscle memory/balance?

It took me a few weeks to get the motion but one day it just clicked and felt so natural 🙏🏽 don’t worry it’ll come ✨

Speaking of toe stops - I am of the thick thigh tribe and I'm struggling. The closest I get to crossing over, I wind up bumping the toe stop on my inside foot. They're adjustable and I had to put them up high bc they were ALWAYS bumping (I have those cute, chunky star toe stops.) any Suggestions?

haha omg yesss i wore the star ones for quite a while and they're a little clunky at first but as they wear down it gets easier. Id suggest twisting them all the way up so theyre out of the way or removing toe-stops completely to avoid that.

Yea they gotta go.. or atleast do a smaller / flatter knee pad such as the volleyball kind they’re nice and still protective if you fall 😇
