In Non contiguous memory allocation how will we store address when we don't even have space available for storing a value? For example, as you said, instead of the value we store the address of next value(in your example, it's 64). But 64 is also a value no? Then how can it be stored?

This pointer is a memory address pointing to the location of the next node in the sequence. Therefore, the address (like 64) is a reference to memory location and not the data value stored there, allowing nodes to reference each other even when they are not stored contiguously in memory.
