Well the criteria he mentioned is not completely true. Mostly all major companies will say degree or equivalent experience. They will never specifically ask for B.Tech or BCA, the JD will say just bachelors or master preferred but that’s not a selection criteria. When I joined Microsoft, they never asked for my degree certificate. I shared it only for the verification as it was mentioned in my resume. Neither My job nor company demanded it.
