Andrew, after a 30 year hiatus from RC I am back enjoying it again. Your videos are very helpful in setting up my Ranger 2000. Question on crow braking, I have the ailerons on a Y harness and I set up the mixing as you showed. When the flaps go all the way down, one aileron goes up the other down. I am guessing I need separate channels for this to work? I have flown this with the DJI camera system. Works great.

Andrew Thanks for that detail I have just set up my new AW28 exactly on your settings for crow. However my slider does not work anything until over halfway travel. It brings in Flaps and ailerons etc as per yours after halfway but for some reason it wont work the flaps in the initial stage. Any ideas what I might have missed? Also the ailerons don't go down as much as they go up, is yours the same? Ian Jemmeson Melb.

Hi Ian. I didn't cover Crow in full detail here. Have a look at this full house video kzbin.info/www/bejne/naLNeppsm6eSnLM My ailerons do go up and down the same amount.

I really enjoy your Taranis set-up guides & this kind of stuff covered here, thank you :) Have you ever experimented with using/mixing for Duckerons (duel elevons) on a wing in Open Tx or on the Taranis itself? I started an FT Spear a while back & set it up with Duckerons & looking to finish it after current project & found little info on the subject, do you think it might be something you would look into at some stage?

Ohhh, for some reason I always thought crow breaking was having flaps split along their length so that there's flaps above and below the wing. Would crow breaking work on a mini talon? They're a bugger to slow down

The Mini Talon doesn't have flaps but you probably can use the ailerons as spoilerons.
