Kian2002 I given this more thought now- I think its because BBC was live and didnt want to cover everything round the area happening just incase there was a threat to life or the demonstrators causing havoc, BBC wanted things to run smooth. xx

I knew there would only be one, but I thought it would be gigger. They should have had more. The umbrellas were making it difficult for many people to see the one screen properly. At times, I simply pulled out my own phone and watched from there.

Completely agree. People were yelling to "put your umbrella's down" up to the crowning because they couldn't see. Few complied. I was more than happy to sit out there in the rain with the rest of London and get soaked together.

Gotta disagree on this one. I've watched Back to the Future many times at home. But it wasn't until I saw it at the Hollywood Bowl with a crowd of 18,000 diehard fans like me to live LA Philharmonic music that I realized what a completely different experience the ordinary is, or in this case, a true once in a lifetime experience.

I'm an American and I would have loved to be there to witness such a historical event. Watching it on television or social media is completely different than being able to experience such a historical and 1000 + old event live.
