🔌SPEED OVER BEETHOVEN🔌 Complete Snowkit and One-eye Warriors Dance Dance Revolution MAP (EYE STRAIN)

Cohosted, and for a few months hosted, by ‪@giingersnaps‬! Ginger also did the editing of the MAP, but I added a few camera movements afterwards so if anything looks weird blame me. An unfathomably huge thank you to them and also to the participants of this MAP for bringing to life this wacky idea!
Summary(long I'm sorry lol):
Warriors is a rhythm video game where the only real character is Fireheart-everyone else is an NPC. Battles, hunting, and other warrior duties are completed like dance minigames. StarClan is one single cat, but inside its body is every cat in StarClan, and it rules this world.
StarClan is obsessed with Fireheart-its only goal is to make an interesting story for him to play. If NPCs die when Fireheart isn’t watching, StarClan respawns them to use later. Except for One-eye, who has figured it out through observation, the cats don’t know that Fireheart is the catalyst for death and instead believe that StarClan only respawns those who are devout. As a result of this conditional immortality, cats worry a lot less about themselves and each other.
Because Fireheart was not present at Snowkit’s actual moment of death, Snowkit respawns and continues on with life. Concepts like StarClan cannot be explained to him, so he tries to figure out how things work himself, with the help of his aunt and mentor, One-eye.
StarClan didn't like one cat knowing about its game, so when Snowpaw starts figuring it out as well, it summons him to its realm to tell him to knock it off. In StarClan, Snowpaw can hear, but he's not interested in listening to StarClan and finds his way back to the game world. Events in Warriors canon proceed- Bluestar dies, Firestar becomes leader, Scourge rises to power and meets Firestar for the battle.
One-eye and Snowpaw haven't shared their knowledge with Firestar because they don't know what the StarClan cat, who has complete power over this world, would do. But in the face of so many cats dying needlessly, One-eye finally tells him. Furious, StarClan collects Snowpaw, who it's obsessed with after he ignored it- it also collects Firestar and Scourge by accident.
Snowpaw leads Firestar out of StarClan's realm, leaving Scourge behind. StarClan follows them to the game world, worried what Firestar might be thinking. Firestar is livid when he sees StarClan. He wails on it, glitching out the world as it depends on StarClan. The StarClan cat lets out Bluestar, and this calms down Firestar.
StarClan only wants to make Firestar happy. He puts it to work helping around the camp. StarClan had never considered staying in the game world before, but it likes it because it's close to Firestar. Firestar gives Snowpaw his warrior name, Snowstep.

One thing I really like about this MAP (And about how the Warriors Comunity as a whole handles these things) is the fact that even though Firestar wasn't the focus of the MAP he wasn't treated resentfully or rudely for taking up too much attention in canon. I feel like a lot of the time stuff focused on minor characters will shaft major characters out of a feeling that it's somehow Their fault that their minor faves weren't treated with respect. But here Snowkit was given the attention he rightfully deserved without undermining Fireheart's place in the story or his unique grief. Great work!!

This is one of those MAPs where you can pause at anytime and find something new to appreciate. I had to pause several times during the first 30 seconds to appreciate all the artwork and animation and jokes. It’s just so satisfying to watch and so well edited together.

this is such a fun map!! love the story and designs so much, it's such an interesting take on wc that feels really fresh. everyone did a fantastic job making their parts lively, the way things move to the beat is just so fun to watch and all the movements and extra effects mesh with the music perfectly!! and i absolutely adore the ddr motif. i loved ddr as a kid and this song really brings me back, it's such a unique pick for a wc map!

I-wow. Just wow. I’ve seen Snowkit AU maps in my day but never anything like this. This is outstanding. The color sceme matches the dance revolution concept so well, and it’s interesting that you went down that road. The character designs with certain scars and markings being arrows is amazing. Everything blends so well, and even the concept of Starclan. All the animators did amazing on this, and you did an amazing job hosting it!!!
