Michael Sheen actually claimed he played Aziraphale as being "in love" with Crowley, although he mentioned when he was questioned on what type of love (romantic, platonic, etc.), he said those are "human, mortal labels." Which kinda makes sense.

Rosemary Crone that’s pretty much how I’ve always read their romance. David Tennant said something similar - it’s a buddy story, but all buddy stories are romantic subtextually, and what would mortal labels even mean to angles and demons? It gives them a unique sort of chemistry, and I really dig it.

So after rewatching the show, I came to the realization that "to the world" actually means "to you" or "to us" because they each are the other's world. Adam says his home and his friends are his world, and things in the show are repeating :D Also when Aziraphale said "I forgive you," he was also saying "I love you" SO SWEET I think pTerry would be very pleased with how this turned out. Can't wait for season 2!
