They’ve still got the same energy and Hayden’s screams have held the band tighter than ever. And their new drummer Jeeves is better with dynamics especially because he changes things up live to ad color vs Brent Taddie plays it how it was written in the studio. Both great performances it I prefer Jeeves.

For only being a band for 3 years, only touring full time for like a year and a half, these guys are killing it. Playing an hour long set is rough on anyone, even the seasoned veterans of this style of music. It's a harsh musical style. I for one, give them props for coming so far so fast. They'll perfect their live performance with time. Also, anyone else feel like the drums were tuned way too high? Maybe just personal preference for me but I felt like they could definitely be tuned lower. Haha

It is the video, it records right behind the drums next to the vocal's amp. All vocals and drum parts appear louder and mistakes seem amplified. I saw them live and even at their worst it didn't seem as bad as this video.

Tjdyo the audio issues have a lot to do with the venue. I've been there several times doing press coverage and interviews and they always seem to have issues. People don't seem to mind though, the place has been there for ages and is typically packed at most shows souring the summer regardless of who is playing. Chain is an iconic little venue, very intimate, in SoCal and I'm glad these bands keep coming back. Excellent job on filming and the like, by the way. I enjoyed watching!!

I feel like most people who say dave is better than andy and that they should kick andy out of the band didn't watch the full show. kicking a guy that talented out of any metal band is stupid. He could be a frontman that sings and screams, Dave could only be a frontman that screams, his cleans just aren't strong enough for lead. Dave is amazing though don't get me wrong, just like the rest of the band.
