looks good man.. one idea my dad did is . take a p71 front grill swap that out . but only take the Ford badge off the honey comb grill so its just all black honey comb grill no ford bag . looks good man. ( you need 2 p71 grills to cut out the Ford badge and replace it with honey comb sections)

I deleted rear cats on my 01, left the mufflers and I believe it gained some power. I bought a 03 and got the Marty tune and the 01 with the cat delete definately has more power and throttle response.

The stock system on all panthers is 2" exhaust pipe. You need center inlet and offset outlet mufflers. Biggest you should go for larger pipes is 2.25," bigger than that and you lose torque unless you've modded for a lot of power.

I went with 2.25" pipes, an H-pipe, magnaflow xl's, and 22" long 4" tips on my 99 Vic last fall
