I remember I used to be bedridden when my cycle came on. It would last for 7 full days. After I had my first child, the cramps stopped and sometimes I wouldn't know when it was coming on until it was too late. The 7 days decreased to 3 to 4 days max. Now I'm in menopause so I don't have to worry about that anymore but the hot flashes are something else. I think I'd exchange it for a monthly cycle in a heartbeat😊
