Hydro infusion burst feels clunky especially considering the short duration, should have been tap E gives only her hydro infusion and hold E or parry gives it to everyone.

the issue with this is that the burst would no longer have any uses besides elemental damage bonus which wouldn’t do mich to anyone who wasn’t a catalyst of the few characters that have infusions.

@@Creetur and where is the issue? Give her a different burst, adding hydro shield on top of bonus dmg would fit very well with her character since she says to protect she uses a shield but also a spear.

@@CritsVG In my opinion after some testing , I feel like Candace is very versatile and adds great value, to me she’s a 4* Ganyu , decent support and pairing but also amazing DPS thru normal attacks , I been using her with C6 Sayu , C6 Yunjin + Daddy Geo ! And it’s a laugh to smash anything with just an White tassel 😂😂 , next I will try the beginners protector 😂😂

Hear me out. Full EM Razor with Candace. Jean and Yun Jin for attack speed (if you have it). Since Razor is doing both Hydro and Electro damage, he will always be the trigger for electo-charged.

@@Blackoutdmc there are alot of vids of C6 Bennett, razor , xingqui and xiangling with full em razor. I tried it myself and it did amazing damage but my Supports are mostly maxed out. You would want C4 xiangling for this aswell because razors burst lasts so long

i'm planning to build candace as a support for nilou dps (really wish she worked better in non bloom teams tbh) so she can have infusion almost all the time... like candace q, nilou nas/cas, nilou e nas/cas then other rotation members so candace can regain energy and maybe someone like xiangling for vapes(nas/cas is normal/charged atks)

My main problem with her is her Burst below C6 has LAME 3 instances of damage…that’s nothing…and get E hold is too long. There also constellations fix Her. Almost Unusable before C6. I currently try her to infuse my Kuki in Hyperbloom comp, so Kuki can produce seeds herself but it’s meh. Candace overall lowers my Team DPS which is sad 😢

You make it seem like Genshin is some sort of difficult game that requires a deep understanding of the meta lol. So far there’s nothing in the game that requires you to use the best characters and the most meta teams in order to progress or get the chests and rewards (Unless it’s elemental-related like the slimes) except for the spiral abyss, but thing is you can just brute force your way through floors 9-11. Even if you can’t 9 star floor 12 it’s too much effort for the extra 50 primos so why bother? Why should I care about the meta when just my Yoimiya and Thoma can clear 90% of the game's content? And with the most recent interview where Mihoyo explicitly said they won’t be making new endgame content anytime soon, why even bother worrying about who’s meta and who isn’t when Mihoyo themselves aren’t interested in making hard game content?

@@frostyphish7149 i mean i guess? but that still limits the player in terms of build, ie candace in her demo is built as a support but you can definitely try to build her as a dps and it's fun to think of ways to make it work! and owning the characters is different to trying them in the demo, since you can't use them in the overworld etc. but i agree, i think spending money on gacha, especially a lot of it is... not a good habit, to say the least
