Tamisha has won too many pageants, she probably goes to RPDR just to have a good time

She's there to get the "pageant queen" edit the show has been using for the past 10 years
@TheMarkoPolo20113 жыл бұрын
She literally said she came to the show for the sisterhood. She doesn't need the crown, she's just there to teach the children and earn a broader fan base. She still deserves.

Oh my thoughts exactly! She's just having a good time and at the same time, sweeping up the children in the wake of her glittering gown...we're all clinging to her train! I'm thrilled to be along for the ride.

She’s on there to get her name back out there. She went on a 10 year hiatus. and also recently had colon cancer, has a ostomy bag and just started back walking not too long before the show filmed. She is defines a legend here in the south and I’m happy everybody gets to experience her. In between Alabama , Florida and Georgia she swept up every pageant she could. Definitely happy to see her get back in the swing of things

@jovsdimacali61933 жыл бұрын
that's actually how they do it back then on every pageant even at MU. that's not a walk of shame, they won a placement but sadly not the title. it's also because they announced it in order to give the placers some time instead of being at the immediate background (the announcer also told that). nowadays, this might be uncommon because usually there are only 3 contestants left, and that has given them more time to be on the stage, that's why the announcement in order wasn't that neccessary. and back then, announcements were fast and not too dramatic and long like todays.

That's a very good observation. That particular style was very popular in the late 80s to the 90s. I remember Ms. Venezuela in the 1989 Ms. Universe pageant was the first in modern history to wear that type of gown. Sadly, she didn't even make the finals. Yes, that gown is a staple of the 90s.
