Respect for the way you guided students for 2019 entrances. My answer for today's question : A code is a complete set of laws regarding a particular area..whereas an act applies only to a limited extent and does not have an impact on the entire area of law if it is modified.

Going to the faculty is a better idea than searching for such answers on youtube, don't you think? If you are serious about admission - take your papers and go to faculty - it is as simple as that.

I don't think you can. Because even for the students who missed their first and second counselling they gave one more chance to them by providing three days 16,17,19. So the opportunity actually knocked twice on your door but you just didn't pay attention.
