I am planning on purchasing a vehicle that has no other legal documents other than "Disposal of property connected with offence" from high court... ... Is it safe for me to buy and use such vehicle anywhere in Pakistan. What procedure should be adopted to ensure that there are no further cases pending related to that vehicle ? How shall the ownership be transfered if there are no ownership documents other than the court order ?
