I've been fighting RSD/CRPS Since 1994, diagnosed in 1996 from a work injury. They have been fighting me tooth and nail. The work comp layer's have had private investigators follow me around. Sent me to I think 3 independent independent medical exams and finally have trial in October. My attorney told me they're going to try to make me look like a scam artist. I've been with the same doctor since 1996. I worked up til 2001 to my best abilities. Worker's comp hired a rehabilitation consultant that tried to help keep me working and couldn't. He found that nothing he could do would help me and told work comp that. I didn't have to see him anymore. That broke me, to be told sorry you'll never work again at a young age. My life has been totally turned around. I went from a healthy, in shape and happy person to a shell of that person. My mental health has been pushed to the limits as I really don't know if I can be belittled by the trial court. How am I stay strong after all their doctors and lawyer's have called me a liar for 20 plus years? I live in constant pain everyday 24/7 and don't think I have the fight in me mentally to do this. I feel like they've broken me further mentally and physically.

How are things going? I was just diagnosed. Hurt hand on job. Your WC case sounds like it has been a nightmare. My brother said the same of his case a few years ago. And I'm beginning to think they all assume you're just after money.

I have had RSD for 15 years and it has been very rough for me, I go to a Pain Dr that is so awesome if it were not for him I really do not know what I would do. My Pain Dr helps me so much but the swelling get so out of hand and get to the point it is hard to put shoes on, this RSD is in my right foot. I been fighting this so long now I just keep fighting it won't give up but it sure is very hard to deal with at times.

Mr Callahan do you take cases in Ohio? I have severe CRPS from a heart cath that went wrong and they had to go back into to the radial artery twice from the same site that caused compartment syndrome and had to have surgery to relieve the build of fluids that caused a surgery to split my arm and hand open from my elbow to the middle of my wrist and resulting in permanent nerve damage. They want to put in a SCS in but after MRI’s of my back I have severe back issues that prevents a SCS. I am in severe depression from the pain and don’t know where to turn to. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I am searching to for help, I would appreiate if you could advise me because I'm at the point that my life is hopeless. I had knee replacement surgery and the pain I felt was what I thought came from surgery. There were complcations from the pain injections I received at the hospital. I was discharged while I still had no feeling in my leg, My husband had to carry me. On my follow up with the surgent, I explained that I couldn't have clothers or blankets or anything touch my knee. He seemed surprised, He said to wait and he would see me again in two weeks. At that time, I still had the same symtoms. He decribed it as RSD. It's been insane since. Its a workman's comp case in New Jersey. There is so much more to tell but I'll spare youj. Just would like to see if you could steer me in the right direction. I'm trying everything to get these doctors to reconize this and help me. It's so ridiculous that they completely ignore my symptoms, even the visual ones. If you could help, I would appreciate it. My worknam's comp insurane is trying to help me. NJ Manufactures.
