I've never seen a hammer move that fast. Must be magic.

You can also use the warm exhaust for drying the freshly washed clothes too!

My mom had a wringer washing machine like that in the early 50's. The men got in the way and put an electric motor on it. Anyone who touched it almost always got shocked.

I am working on a model 31. Almost have it figured out. Runs a couple minutes. Then, just quits. Abit stumped now
@markveits63005 жыл бұрын
If you have the pieces of the broken hub it can easily be repaired to solid condition.
@cruddycornstalks5 жыл бұрын
i did not have all the parts and rewelding a hub is a big no no. considering they break without being welded pretty easy.

If this kid thinks that a rebuilt engine hes got a lot to learn !! Its nothing more then taken apart and little cleaning but not to good even the plug wire has caseing split and put back on at least it run if it was even the same engine if i was to sèe this at the swap meet i would buy it as a engine that needs to be rebuilt

All maytags AR not a hit and miss engine s it is a 2 cycle. a hit Miss is a 4 stroke that has a govern Spark
@cruddycornstalks5 жыл бұрын
Maytag are hit and miss because there governed by ignition not by restricting fuel and air. the twin cylinder Maytag are not hit and miss but singles are. most 4 stroke don't govern by spark they govern by holding the exhaust in and coasting. Maytag do it by having the points get held open by a weight making it coast aka miss and then hits when its down to the speed its set to. if a maytag oisnt hit and miss i want to know what draws the line for hit and miss. since there ignition is designed as an on-off system hit or miss.

@@ronalddaub5049 Care to explain why this isn't hit and miss? if this isnt hit and miss then apparently the old mcvicker gearless hit and miss engines are not either since they use the same system
@ronalddaub50495 жыл бұрын
@@cruddycornstalks it hits everytime. The the governor just governs timing it does not stop the spark as in a hit miss engine believe it or not that engine is firing every stroke regardless of the timing on the flyweight a hit Miss misses and hits this engine hits always but it's just hi I'm different for the governor I've done this many years you're not telling me anything you need to learn
@cruddycornstalks5 жыл бұрын
@@ronalddaub5049 you apparently haven't delt with Maytags much before or had an inline spark tester on one to know that it stops spark when it coasts. one of the original manuals even says its hit and miss system. only Maytag that is not hit and miss are 72 twin engines there throttle governed. the governor on a 92 pulls the points trip outward making the points stay closed and not make a spark. went through about 100 singles by now myself.

Two-stroke engines like the Maytag are not hit and miss engines they all sound like that until they get under a load
