I hated Arthur Morgan for being an errand boy and yes man for Dutch but I realized that’s just his principle to be loyal, gentle, empathetic, and sincere. Reverend told him that he would walked his fate like a warrior once Arthur told him that he was dying. This is when I’ve changed his mind about him. He finally disagreed with Dutch but his principles still stuck, he told John to be “loyal to what matters”. And that’s not Dutch but his family. He told Marston to not look back. He died knowing John Marston is the only one that one. He died loyal to what mattered to him and that is saving John’s family. We’ll see how the first game turns out!

For those who are wondering, the gang members shown in pearson's picture - the ones in front are Susan and Dutch next to him is Abigail holding Baby Jack, the carriage drivers are Hosea and Pearson, and the ones sitting on the carriage are John and Bill who hasn't grown his beard yet and Arthur is the one standing on top of carriage, and I believe it's probably Javier who took the picture, from what I know javier was already a member when the first members of the gang are still staying in New Austin (West) as you can see by the picture's background. These are the original members of the gang.

Imagine.a alternative reality game where the story goes pretty much exactly the same way, except Arthur doesn't get TB. He still undergoes his changes of morality and all the events still happen, but Arthurs' moral dilemmas aren't made stronger by his sickness, this time they just come naturally to him and are shaped by all the events, as I think they would have anyway even if he didn't get sick..... So at the very end, Arthur manages to survive the fight with Micah (Duh, of course a healthy Arthur would) but Micah manages to escape, and so does Arthur manage to escape from the Pinkertons. His goodbyes with John goes the same way as it does now . Then we get the full epilogue with John Marston, with one tiny exception... When John and Abigail marry in the closing moments of the game, we see Arthur arriving on his horse, with a little smile on his face, coming out of hiding for a moment to be there for John and Abigail. Ofcourse the game and its story wouldn't be as strong and emotional and deep but I would still LOVE to see this!

3:01 reminds of the times when the whole friend group was of 10 people atleast. The time we started to separate it literally looked like the last mission of the main story. I was the first to be excluded from the gang then my bro who to this day is a best friend. Became like a brother 1 yrar later. The tird one who looks in character like Micah, this year stole my bro's crush. He was always running away from us when the bad thing happens. The fourth one looked like Dutch. Always separating people because of theire looks, always was talking about money and popularity. There was a girl with a character like Molly always defending me when they mocked me and talking to me. This all happened in the year 2021. We are planning on to revenge.
